Here’s an overview of the precision
cleaning fixtures, stainless steel racks, inserts, carriers, clean room
furniture and stainless steel baskets offered by Artcraft:
PRECISION CLEANING FIXTURES
Bulk Product Cleaning Baskets:
Designed to be used in most cleaning systems. Baskets are constructed with
¼” dia. rod and No. 4 or No. 2 mesh. Each basket is buffed and
electropolished to enhance corrosive resistance. Nylabond coating
available upon request. Bulk baskets have handles and are stackable.
Beaker Cleaning Fixtures:
Beaker baskets are great for
cleaning of small parts in a beaker or small ultrasonic cleaning system.
They are 304 and 316 electropolished or Nylabond coated stainless steel.
Cleaning System Carriers:
These are designed for the many
different Ultrasonic cleaning systems. ( CAE, Crest , Branson, Infinity,
Blue Wave, Blackstone to name a few of the cleaning systems) They can be
made for auto lift or manual lift. They can be designed to handle single
or multiple level inserts. These are made of 316 electropolished
stainless steel.
Inline Cleaning System Stainless Baskets: Perfect for cleaning small and large PC boards in an inline
cleaning system unit. Baskets are constructed with 3/16” dia. rod and No.
3 mesh. Baskets come with a removable latching lid. Dividers are available
for these baskets.
Optics Wash Racks:
Optics racks are designed to hold
the optic on the edge in a 3 or 4 point configuration. This allows for
optimum cleaning of the pristine surface. These racks are 304 or 316
Nylabond coated or electropolished stainless steel. The capacity and size
of the racks vary due to part number and optic size. Our stock racks come
in a optic range from .75 to 8.00 inches in .25 increments. We also have
100.150,200,250 and 300 millimeter wafer/ optic racks that we stock.
Precision Stainless Steel Baskets:
Perfect for cleaning small parts in an ultrasonic unit. Baskets are
constructed with 1/8” dia. rod with No. 4, No. 10 or No. 24 mesh. Baskets
come with or without a latching lid. Each basket is buffed and
electropolished to enhance corrosive resistance. Precision baskets have
handles and are stackable. Baskets with hinged lids have saftco latches.
Each basket is buffed and electropolished to assure no sharp edges. Custom
sizes are also available.
Spin Dryer Baskets:
These baskets are stainless steel
with vertical braces. Sizes and meshes vary according to part number.
There are two styles of basket, one to fit a New Holland spin dryer and
another to fit a Nobles, Desco or Atotech spin dryer.
Stainless Steel Precision Beaker Baskets:
All baskets have No. 24 mesh with a .027 dia. opening. Other
mesh sizes are available on request. Each basket is buffed and
electropolished to assure no sharp edges.
Tine Wash Racks:
Tine racks are rust
resistant and great for any business that does general precision cleaning for a wide range of products.
V-Mesh Baskets: V Mesh baskets are great for
handling cylinderal products. The #3 mesh on the baskets is bent into a V
pattern to keep products from coming in contact with each other. They
come with a Nylabond coating or electropolished 304 or 316 stainless
steel.
SECURITY CAGES
Stainless Steel Wire Security Cage:
Stainless wire security cages are the perfect solution for storing
products or equipment in your fab. Each cage has two doors that swing open
270 degrees and clip to the sides. This allows the doors to be kept open
and out of the way. Cages come with stainless swiveling and locking
casters. Each cage is made with 304 stainless rod and is electropolished
for enhanced corrosive resistance.
CLEAN ROOM FURNITURE
Stainless Steel Clean Room Tables: Both our stainless steel Electro-polished tables and reticle racks are perfect for any clean-room
environment. Tables have a rod top and are available with or without height-adjust.
